Processing of orders
If you pay for goods by cheque your items will be despatched once your cheque has cleared (this normally
takes 4 - 5 working days). Credit card orders are sent out the next work day.
Please check that your delivery matches the items you have received and if any item is missing please
contact us within 7 days of the goods being received and we will do our utmost to correct the error.
Returns policy
In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, due to the item being damaged
or is different to the item ordered, Tribe will happily replace the said item or if we are unable to do so we will refund
you your money. In order for the above to happen we will need notification by email only within 7 days of the goods being
recieved.
Please ensure any items you return to us are well packaged and that you have proof of sending
(ie recorded First Class) so in the unfortunate instance of the item going astray we can track the item. If you are due a
refund from us we will only refund the cost of the item/items being returned and not the postage and packaging.
Necklaces and bracelets are included in the above policy however we cannot accept earrings for hygiene
seasons.
We cannot accept any item that we feel / looks like it has been worn.

We do not share your details with any third party.
