How can I order from this site?

Browse through the 'Tribeonthenet' pages, making a note of the product codes, sizes and colours of any items you wish to purchase. Once you've finished browsing either use the shopping cart facility that will use PayPal to process your payments (this allows you to buy single or multiple items) or complete the order form below which will give you all the information you need to order from us using other payment methods.

How do I calculate the total amount of my order?

If you are using the shopping cart buttons on the site the total will be calculated for you, however if you'd like to complete an order form simply carry out the following 4 steps:

1. Download the form using the link at the bottom of the page

2. Fill in the items you require in the first part of the form (including product codes, colour, number required)

3. Calculate any discounts you are eligible for (simply deduct the % discount from your total).

4. Select the relevant amount of P&P shown below.

How can I pay?

You have a number of options with reagrd to payments:

1. You can use PayPal if you are using the shopping cart on the site

2. You can pay by cheque. Please make cheques payable to 'Tribe'

3. You can pay by credit card. We have the facility to take credit card payments so if you'd like to go down this route we'll be in touch once we've received your order form.

How much will I be charged for postage and packaging?

We want to make P&P as inexpensive as possible so P&P costs for the UK are given below (these are for retail orders):

Total cost of order up to £20 P&P costs £3.00

Total cost of order between £20.01 and £60 P&P costs £4.00

Total cost of order between £60.01 and £100 P&P costs £5.00

Total cost of order between £100.01 and £149.99 P&P costs £6.00

Total cost of order between £150.00 and above P&P costs £7.00

Orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class and each item is sent recorded delivery (a signature will be required at your end).

Overseas buyers

If you live outside the UK please contact us for postage costs and pricing in relevant currencies. We are happy to post our products to anywhere in the world and have many customers across the world.

I'm interested in wholesale, what's available and how do I order?

Our wholesale range changes each season so simply email us for an up-to-date price list and we'll send one out to you. Postage and packing costs for wholesale items will also be sent to you with your request. Payment for wholesale orders can be done by cheque or credit card and our minimum order is £50. The shopping cart facility isn't able to be used for wholesale customers yet as shipping charges for wholesale orders are different to retail orders.
